Description

La Piña is a luxurious townhouse of over 100 sq. m, arranged on two floors. There are no apartments above or below and it is quiet and relaxing.

La Piña faces south - over the course and across a lake, towards the clubhouse and the mountains. The ground slopes away to the south, giving the house and its terraces (which are not overlooked) excellent elevated views. A parking space is located underneath. Its immediate surroundings - "Pueblo Andaluz" - feature palm trees, gardens, a swimming pool and landscaped paths. Within 15 minutes drive (good roads, with countryside views) are Mijas, Santana and La Cala golf courses; and La Cala village itself, which is arguably the best on the entire coast, and with one of the very best beaches.

The ground floor includes a fully fitted Kitchen (with all appliances), and a large Dining-Sitting room (4m x 8m). The ground floor has a large terrace, part of which is covered and provides shade and there are plants and flowers.

The first floor has two large twin-bedded bedrooms [there is also a full-size sofa bed in the Sitting Room], a shower room and an en-suite bathroom. The first floor master bedroom has a covered secluded balcony.
